Stubbs Constructions were engaged by the Department of State Growth to undertake a refurbishment of their Burnie Harris Building Office. The works included a complete strip out of the existing top floor tenancy and a smaller Level 1 tenancy – new office walls, ceilings, glazing, floor coverings and joinery. These works provided the Department of State Growth with new conference and meeting rooms, reception area, lunch rooms, new offices and open plan workstations.
