A greenfield development in Queenstown, providing a modern facility to accommodate Ambulance services for the community and surrounds. The facility is constructed with tilt-up panels featuring steel frame structure, carpark and panelled artwork. 

The facility offers training rooms, offices, staff day room with all amenities, store rooms, multipurpose rooms and a 4 bay ambulance parking area.  Outside earthworks and landscaping blend in with surroundings and boasts artwork on exterior walls, along with a sealed carpark area. 

 Project was completed in November 2023
