De Bruyn Cold Store at River Road, Wivenhoe which was completed in September 2013 after a 5 month construction time. The concrete slab required considerable quality control to ensure optimum levels to accommodate the automated forklift which stacks and removes the pallets. The building is used as a refrigerated cheese store.

The project involved the construction of an 1800 m2 refrigerated warehouse including large scale post tensioned concrete slabs and retaining walls. The construction contract value was $2.1m and comprised $595,000 of insulated panel walls.
