Stubbs Constructions Pty. Ltd. was chosen to construct this 60 bed aged care facility.

Constructed on a greenfield site, this Project included all management, construction work, carpark, & landscaping.

After completion of the 60 bed facility, Stubbs Constructions Pty. Ltd. was awarded an additional contract to construct 8 No. villas, on an adjacent block. These consisted of fully self contained 2 bedroom units, with a garage. In order to proved the residents with 24 hour access to the main hostel, each of the units was remotely connected to the nurse call system.
