This Project was awarded to Stubbs Constructions Pty. Ltd. after a negotiation process with the owner. The existing showroom does not meet the Clients needs, and as such required replacement.

Construction will be in a 2 stage process, with the first stage being completed to allow relocation of the showroom into the new building. When the relocation is completed the existing building will be demolished and replaced. This staging of the works will ensure the Client is subject to minimal disruption.

Construction will be completed using concrete floor slab, pre-cast concrete & face brick walls, and a colorbond roof.
