Stubbs Constructions Pty. Ltd. is currently completing this Project in Burnie, for Betta Milk. Due to the small site the existing plant is located on, the building has to be constructed above an existing truck access lane.

The building consists of steel columns, suspended concrete slab, pre-cast concrete panels, and sandwich panel lining.

As the building is attached to the milk processing factory, strict hygiene requirements are in place
