This is the type of project commercial builders dream of – the construction of a totally new school, on a green field site.

This project was awarded to Stubbs Constructions Pty. Ltd. after a selective tender process.

The new school occupies a 7ha site, caters for 208 students, and comprises seven new buildings; all linked with covered walkways, and arranged to create a large central courtyard/assembly area.

The Project features include:

• Contrasting brickwork, with specially shaped bullnose bricks;
• Concrete window sills;
• Architectural sails and steelwork forming walkways between the classrooms;
• All classrooms wired for internet access;
• Custom storage lockers and coat rack in each classroom;

The Project also included the landscaping of the site, a new basketball court, driveway, parking and bus turning area.
